After verfiying all the documents, details and NIC Codes, we will apply for your MSME Registration online.

Any Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise can register itself under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Act, 2006. This is a voluntary registration with range of benefits. Though not compulsory it is advisable to register under MSME scheme.

Any Service Sector or Manufacturing business can register with MSME. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are differentiated based on the investment made in equipments or plant and machinery.

A Micro Enterprise in Service sector as defined under MSMED Act is a business with less than Rs. 10 lakhs of investment in equipments whereas a Micro Enterprise in Manufacturing sector is a business with less than Rs. 25 lakhs of investment in plant and machinery.

A Small Enterprise in service sector as defined under MSMED Act is a business with investment of more than 10 lakhs but less than Rs. 2 crores in equipments whereas a Small Enterprise in Manufacturing Sector is a business with investment of more than Rs. 25 lakhs but less than Rs. 5 crores in plant and machinery.

A Medium Enterprise in service sector as defined under MSMED Act is a business with investment of more than Rs. 2 crores but less than Rs. 5 crores in equipments whereas a Medium Enterprise in Manufacturing Sector is a business with investment of more than Rs. 5 crores but less than Rs. 10 crores in plant and machinery.

Central Government and State Government announce several benefits to the MSMEs. Central Government generally gives benefits like priority sector lending, excise exemption schemes, benefits in rate of interest etc. State Government gives benefits like concessional power tariff, capital investment subsidies etc.
